Terms and Conditions

Prices and entry/departure

1. Prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday. The price includes heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. 
2. Prices are for up to 6 people. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children (the small, bunk-bedded room is more suitable for children)
3. On the day of your arrival,  the cottage will be ready for you by 3pm Saturday. On the day of your departure, the cottage must be vacated by 10am Saturday.
4. The cottage must be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure. Any breakages and/or damage must be paid for.   

Booking and payment

1. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your let.
2. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of your let. If this is not received, your booking will be cancelled.
3. If you are booking less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your let, the price is payable in full at the time of booking.
4. Should you cancel the let, we will try to re-let the cottage. If we are successful, we will refund your payment, less the non-refundable deposit.
5. In making a booking, you agree to keep the cottage and its contents in the same condition as at the start of your let.
6. You must be over 18 years old to let the cottage.
7. Cheques should be made payable to "Eilean Dubh Cottage" and sent to Mrs Marjory Barber, Innisfree, 137 Findhorn, Moray, IV36 3YJ.

Pets

1. One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior agreement. 
2. £10 will be added to the price to cover additional cleaning costs.
3. Your dog must be kept downstairs and off the furniture and beds.
